Mumka will be responsible for the exchange costs in the following countries: Spain , Germany, Austria, France and Portugal. For the rest of the world, the exchange costs will be borne by the customers. In addition, the return can be made by any courier company chosen by the customer.

 

Returns

You will have a period of 30 days to make your return from the day you receive the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

Conditions for Changes and Returns:

In all cases, the products to be returned and/or exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is duly protected and sealed. Once received, Mumka will check their status. Finally, we will check the status of both the item(s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation. Once they are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund or exchange the products purchased.
